Valente Solutions has an exciting new opportunity available in the 3rd Party Games Publishing team. We’re looking for a proactive, talented project coordinator responsible for managing critical 3rd party daily LIVE reports, publisher account access rights and XDK toolkit inquiries as well as manage the game and token sample distribution process. This person will report to the director of US 3rd party publishing and interact with the worldwide team of account managers daily so excellent communication skills (written and verbal), follow up skills and attention to detail are required. This individual plays a pivotal role in delivering a superior customer experience to our external partners through ensuring timely, clear and accurate replies to inquiries. The ideal person for this role will also need to look at ways to automate and streamline processes to help scale the business. Familiarity with Microsoft tools is preferred.
